ROCOR & the MP
Here are the latest joint documents. I'm glad to see that progress is being made, and I pray for more.

yes it's good to see progress is being made, some times it appears chureches/denominations just stand still, I look forward to hearing more.
Rocor and the MP in my town are making great progress! All the priests are close friends, and they often meet together to discuss various matters of common interest to them all.
My friend Elaine and I cooked for one of their meetings, and the Rocor priest blushingly had to admit, when all of Elaine's delicious Lenten cake disappeared, that he had eaten -the whole thing-! He is like a big, adorable bear.

LOL! reminds me of the ROCOR priest round these parts.
There are no MP priests round here though so I don't get to see first hand the effects of the talks about reunion.

Most Russian priests I know around here, Joe, have a great sense of humor, regardless of "Jurisdiction". Our priests have a wonderful joke that goes, "If the ROCOR were to send missionaries to Russia, then they'd be the 'Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia Inside of Russia' ".

lol!
Mayhaps I should move to england where they actually have a sense of humor. Here most of hte "russian" Priests are actually converts of very stern high german heritage.
